Our Mission

Sanctuary for Cats & Dogs is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and protection of stray dogs and cats in need. Whether an animal is a stray, pet, abandoned, abused or neglected, every animal deserves a chance to live its life without fear or suffering. Through rescue and advocacy efforts at the SDC Welfare Foundation, we ensure safe shelter, restoration of health, and rebuilding of trust for animals in need. 

Beyond rescue, we are passionate advocates for animal rights. We believe every dog and cat has the right to live free from cruelty, fear, suffering. Through education, community engagement, and partnerships, we promote responsible pet ownership, push for stronger animal welfare laws, and speak up for those who cannot speak up for themselves.
